09-01: Pat Jordan - the Center Director of Richmond Airport USO will be updating our club on the
expansion of Fort Lee and the services the USO provides to our soldiers.

09-08: Jeff Ricketts is the Regional VP of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and will be speaking
on the up and coming changes with the US Health Care System.
09-15: Beth Weisbrod with the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation
The Virginia Capital Trail Foundation is seeking to develop partnerships with corporations
from across the nation to assist in the development of enhancements for the 55-mile long,
multi-use Trail, that will eventually connect the two historic capitals of Jamestown - the site
of America’s first permanent European settlement in 1607, and Richmond - the present day
capital of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Trail will feature interpretive signs highlighting
historical information and include bicycling and pedestrian amenities to accommodate users
of all ages and abilities; with benches, trail signs, mile-markers, digital / interactive kiosks
and state-of-the-art trailhead stations. Several phases are open today and the entire Trail is
expected to be completed in 2014.
